Hiring selection driven by hiring department, HR gives rather honest
view of the positions and environment. Offers are reasonable in
relation to the market and will become even more performance driven at
all levels. Interviewers will probe candidates energy, work ethic and
technical knowledge. Many of the staff areas will detremine if
candidates prefer their (the Departments) working environment or if
there is a potential conflict. Most all of Senior Managenment comes
through the search process and candidates are well informed about the
company and the position.
