Working for this employer, I have the opportunity to make the overall
operations, cash flow and margin better. I work with a partner who's
primary responsibility is to set goals, business development and
participation in national initiatives. The corporate culture
is "midwestern", the pace is a little slower and the regional
understanding of locational culture could be better aligned. The dress
code is professional throughout the year, but is a little relaxed for
summer. There are internal opportunities for advancement...mostly
through national accounts.
