The strengths of the company show that our National platform is in
place and working. There are great ideas for cross selling our
services. The execution of those ideas gets muddy since there are too
many people that "talk over" relationships of others. More teamwork is
needed. We know what works and have a difficult time convincing
potential clients that certain strategies that others use is not the
best approach. We could be better at sales presentations.
