There is great opportunity at this company they get involved with the
fundamentals of educating the students, and also have designed programs
to help enhance growth in the classroom.Tlhe service we offer is
education the channels we use are through the parents, education starts
at home once we can reach them we can reach their children and hopefully
incorporate a good set of education guidelines for them to follow. To
anyone applying you need to have a good ethnics and be able to work with
the minority.Have a understanding of what the students are trying to
communicate. The weaknesses that we face is if we let down or fail to
educate the children.Sometimes it is hard to get kids to participate in
class assignments but you have to know how to get through to them and it
takes some special people for that. If we fail and the parents have
money they may decide to relocate their student to a private school and
that can be very costly.Sat 9 ranking is also another problem we need to
keep track of how the students are progressing and what are the other
schools doing to keep their head above water. As far as employee morale
the best thing you can do is be highly diverse and know that you have to
be able to reach people of all colors and have a basic understanding of
the person and not sterotype all people because everyone is diffent.
