The interview process was a two step process. The first step was an
interview with the Director of IT, who asked a few technical questions
but was more interested in how my personality might fit into the
company. After that step, he set up most of a day of interviews with
the other members of the IT department. Having been on the other end of
this process, I've seen how the feedback from the other members are
rolled into the final decision so that the person hired is the best fit
technically and for personality.
