For this line of interview there were certian qualifcation that were
needed. Along with the standard Education, there were also other areas
of specifcation that were needed. Being diverse enough to go from the
office to the field. Being able to deal with the human factors as well
as the wild life factors in the areas. I only had one round of
interviews. Being a native of the area and being know as such was a
great factor to my hiring for the position. I was know for my area of
expertise in the wildlife field and also for my areas of horticulture.
My influence within the community for ability to work with people was
another plus in my package.
