The overall view for GWLR is a very prosporuos picture. It has
purchased some of the most spectactualar lands within Arizona. Along
with land in one of the most fastest growing cities in the state. I
will say that there is only one weak point.That is in that of learning
to deal with a county that has many growing pains. The county where
this development is occuring is behind in it's planning and growth
department. Our strengths include a CEO that is very well versed in the
areas of development. I believe this company has great potential for
assisting the county with it's development pains.
