Great American Federal was a great training ground, but not somewhere a
person with any ambition would be happy. You were very stiymied as an
employee, no room or encouragement for growth. New management came on
and "tried" to make it better, however THEY should have attended more
mangement classes on their own. I have never been happier leaving there.
I spent 13 years with the company, and as I said, it was great training,
but I am much better off (better paid, better respected, better future)
where I am currently working.
