Job Title Workplace Survey
Sales, baker, decorator My employer was very easy going, not very stict at all. We had a fun time working always. Most of the induviduals i worked with were cuacasun and middle class. My boss, treated most of us fairly, she did however have favorites. My manager was friendly, howver shared too much information about her personal life. The hours were usually equally distributed. We all got, for the msot part, the amount of hours we requested. Any time i requested off i was sure to get off. The Dress code was not strict at all. We simply had a required apron to wear. There were not too many opportunities available for us students working there. Nor was there much place for advancement. After about a year of working their employees, if they choose, are taught management skills, such as opening and closing the store, and managing the cash drawers.
