My current salary package includes a pre-tax sum of $35,000 and
insurance
coverage at a reduced rate. An exempt employee is awarded 1.92 vacation
days per
month and 1 sick day. You may carry over 20 vacation days from year to
year, and
getting time off is relatively simple for it only requires the
permission of your
supervisor. If you need to take more than 3 sick days in a row, proper
documentation from a medical professional is required. The company
offers an
employee raffle for a condo in the carribean on Christmas, and a raffle
for
baseball tickets 4 times a year. You are given advance ticket purchase
to all
on-campus events. At the end of each year, you are evaluated by your
dorect
supervisor and given a raise that ranges from 1% to 3%.
