I was initially interviewed over the phone by the executive director of
annual giving, followed by a second interview with the executive
director and 3 other collegues over the phone. The final interview was
2 days long and was in-person. During that time I met with 7 people
individually, and privately, and had 2 group interviews of 13 people
each. The group interviews were rather informal, compared to the other
7. The position that I was interviewing for needed a lot of work. A lot
of the questions I was asked were centered around how I would do things
differently and my proir experience.
