Job Title Interview Survey
Customer Service Rep The initial interview was conducted by the Globe and Mail human resources department, where questions pertaining to how I deal with people in different life situations were the main topic. I was asked about previous work experience and how I dealt with challenging and stressful situations in my previous employment. I was given several mock situation which tested my customer service skills. The second part of the interview was done by the Customer Service Center manager. I was asked about my education and employment background and was under the impression that my people skills were being scrutinized more so than the actual answers to the questions the interviewer posed. The entire process was laid back, and I was never faced with more than one person at a time. It was a very positive experience.
