This company strives to continue down the road of excellence. They

forseeble future. They continuousy recruit the most effecient and well
rounded employees for customer service. There is also a new system in
place to ensure that the customer service department becomes even more
effecient. Currently the care center has a very large call volume and
also uses internet request forms and automated telephone services for
for customer requests. The one weakness that needs to be addressed is
that there needs a system to be in place to synchronize all three
systems to ensure continuity and consistence with all customer. This
will help imprive service levels and customer satisfaction, which is of
course the main objective is customer care.
