The corporate culture here is very full of nepotism. To get hired
you'll most likely need to be a friend or family member of the board or
executive management staff. This means that a good percentage of the
positions are filled with unqualified individuals and the intelligent
employees are forced to work 10 times harder in order to pick up the
slack. Out of the 30 people employed only 5 of them are women and it
is not a very "woman friendly" environment.
Because the company is so small and the way it is run, there aren't any
advancement opportunities. All management staff is pretty set in
stone. There is a very poor turnover rate as well.
