This company is constantly struggling between being an internet store
front and a true development/distribution channel. Until qualified
individuals are hired into proper positions there will be no leaders
giving direction to the company and the struggle will always exist. We
have the Reseller and Corporate Sales Teams in competition for leads,
which causes the company to lose a lot of business. I think if things
get fixed this company could be a great place to work (maybe 2 or 3
years down the road if the company is still operating). Until then I
would advise against pursuing employment.
As a side note: This is a public company (OTCBB: GSCP). The stock has
plummeted since going public. The company is great about giving stock
options though. laugh.
