Salaries aren't that great, especially for the junior staff. I was paid $45,000
with a bonus of about 10% after working there for 3.5 years. Raises came out just
after I left but they were only 3% since the company wasn't making a lot of
money. The senior staff is fairly well compensated and it's a well known that if
you leave for a few years, you can usually get hired back at a much higher salary.
