I am glad I found this forum so that I have the opportunity to say that
I hate
this job! I can't
wait to find something new; I know there are much better things out
there. I
would like to
warn potential employees that this is a *very* difficult place to work.
The
owners are a married
couple and they are very strict, snobby, and rude. Every aspect of our
lives are
recorded and
critiqued. Corporate culture is a disaster there. Arrival time is 8:00 -
SHARP.
If you walk in a
minute late due to traffic or other obstacles, be aware that the owners
will be
peeking out the
windows at you, taking note of your tardiness. Break times are also
structured.
I can't even go
out to my car unless it is during one of the two regimented break
times. There
are no
opportunities for encouragement, team work or praise. Everyday, I feel
worthless, taken for
granted, and used.
