2 rounds of interviews. First round was with a brand manager.
Questions around creativity and general marketing knowledge. Second
round in Minneapolis with 4 interviews. 1 with HR director, 1 with
senior brand manager, 2 with marketing directors. Interviews lasted 45
minutes and none had unusual questions. Prior to the interviews, spent
2 hours on a marketing case and 10 minutes on a creativity exercise.
