After a candidate is located and after several phone interviews you are
flown into LaGuardia and met by a car and driver. You are led to a small
room where you have two hours to create a short research note on one of
several topics you are given. Then you are ushered into a conference
room where you present the ideas in your paper to 3 or 4 other analysts
present plus several on the phone. They then proceed to challange your
ideas. It is a very grueling process and can leave scars.
