There were two rounds of interviews. The first was relatively brief
where you met with the company principle of the group you would be
working in. A detailed description of the position was given and
questions regarding educational backround were asked. The second
interview consisted of meeting with the other members of the group (6
total) individually and lasted 3 hours. Questions asked were:Why did
you
choose this field? Certain scenarios were presented and you were asked
how you would respond. Where do you see yourself in five years? What
are your stongest attributes? What positive impact could you make at
the company? These questions were asked by each person I met with and
became redundant after the first two people.
