The company continues to be competative in a ever changing market. They
have started venturing into new engineering markets, but are not
pioneering any of them. They have a hard time holding onto younger
staff due to low salaries. There is a very good mentor/mentee program
in place that helps with career development of younger staff. People
are great to work with and the social atmosphere is very
enjoyable.Inhouse technical training is given year round as is required
for most employees.
