I had been paid low 40k's (salary), but it was decreased to low 30k's (hourly). That is actually good, considering they are now offering new recruits only $23k (hourly). New employees receive two weeks of vacation (although the company dictates when you can take it), and the 401k plan offered isn't too bad. Health benefits are average, however, the empoyee-paid cost is going up every year.
