Since that time we've seen a shift in job responsibilities, a decrease in salary and mandatory overtime. The corporate culture was once a laid back, fun, close-knit group, but has since changed. Moral is at an all time low since the restructuring. There aren't many opportunities for advancement, unless you were to make lateral moves in another department, i.e., graphics to sales, etc. The dress code was once casual, but is now business casual.
