Company was an well-organized corporation with majority of higher
management staff adequately equipped with advance courses of managerial
courses by which instructions to lower level were derived. Employees
who terminated their employment either by retirement or laid-off were
adequately covered with health plans which were far better than what most
likely can be derived from other future employments. Dress code was
casual but not with jeans, excercise sweaters or running clothes.
Flexible hours were provided and vacation leaves much better than other
companies I have known but, vacation leaves had to be taken each year.
In other words, the company wanted employees to relax and forget
temporarily the jobs at the office. Each Christmas, the company
entertained the employees for Christmas celebration in a sit-down
luncheon in one big hotel and a take-away home gift provided to each
employee. Pieces of equipment provided in the office were of top brand
and office supplies were likewised the same. Percentage of increases in
pay were far better than other companies.
