We had no stock options as it was a private company. We had 3 weeks of vaction per year and also used to get $400/year for health club fees if any. We also used to get discount tickets to amusement parks/movies etc. When I joined the company my package was 70K witha ll the above benefits. I also got a signing bonus of 10K + relocation bonus which was the amount I spent to move myself and my stuff. They also gave a me a rent for 3 months after I moved here and 100/month for groceries.
