I had two rounds of Interviews. Both on the phone.
the First round was only with one persone who was the HR person. He gave
a background abt the company and asked me about my background and see if
it fitted what they needed. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He
was also very staright in the face. He told we will be hired as
Temp/Intern Employee and then based on our performance they will convert
us to Full Time after 3 months. Salary was also comptabile with the
market rate which was going on.
Second Interview was done after about a week with the TO-BE Manager and
the Team. We talked mostly technical stuff and problem solving. Also
some design questions were asked to see how I react to pressure.Mos of
the Team members were excited to talk with me and know more about me.
Overall the Interview process was really very nice experience.
