Interviews are not that difficult although great communication skills
are a must. applicants go through 2 rounds. The first is conducted on
campus after resumes are picked. Usually 13 are picked for interviews.
After the on campus interview is conducted, applicants are called back
for an all day second round in the New York office. This includes a
writing sample, panel interview with the head of human resources, the
program coordinator, a senior level executive and a previous associate.
Then a walking tour is given. Interview questions are more geared
towards measuring ability to interact with senior level members and
ability to be articulate.
