My current salary is 34k annually. Salary package includes 401k, life insurance,
disability insurance (short and long)11 days of vacation along with 12 holiday
days and 6 sick day leave. Match program after one year with 100% match on your
first 3% and 50% on the next 2% invested. Survivor benefits, spousal and child
insurance coverage. There is also a free exercise facility in the building with
electronic key pass, free parking on the premises. Bonuses are based on
performance and company goals and are awarded in March. Salarys are reviewed
annually on your anniversary date. There is both child care and health care
