Every quarter we get cost of living raises. Ford offers defferent stock options and we have our 401K option also. We get two weeks of vacation in July and two weeks in December. They also give us four personal days and two family days. Usually at the end of our contract we get a signing bonus which is usually abuot $3,000. We also get a profit sharing check which differs from year to year depending on the economy. At Christmas we get a Christmas bonus of $600.
