I entered the company in 1997 with a job offer of $39,000. I know that
recent BBA's are being offered more than that now, though.
I left the company in 2003 at a final salary of $72,500. Ford had
originally promised that afer receiving my MBA, my income would be
raised to that which they were hiring graduates from my program at.
However, upon completion of my degree Ford had changed that promise.
They decided that they would only adjust your income by a maximum of
15%! That is why I ulitmately left the company - to get a compensation
package which was more in line with MBA salaries.
