I had to take a test at the employment office. There was three days of
hand on testing with some written testing. It was followed up with a
personal interview with questions of why you should be hired and why
you would make a good employee. I think they were wanting to test your
personality. They want to hire people that want to be there. Someone
who want to make an impression is better than someone who want to
follow the person making the impression. Then of course you have to
pass a complete physical and drug test.
