I interviewed with a Supervisor from Purchasing during on campus
interviews. Right now direct hiring is limited, in order to get an
offer you need to intern first.
Learn the Ford Leadership behaviors and have an example of how you
exemplified the behavior for each. Make sure to say the results of your
experience. Many of the questions were behavioral. Also, important is
to demonstrate passion about Ford or at the least the automotive
industry. This is especially important if you are shifting from a
different background. Finally it might be worth mentioning if you are
willing to live in Michigan.
