There are many opportunities to move off the line. The jobs in the
plant rank from easy to hard, depending on where you are on the line.
The pay is great, the benifits are even better than that, and you are
also in a union to boot. There are three shifts to choose from. There
is the normal day shift Monday thru Thursday(6a.m.-6p.m.), night shift
Tuesday thru Friday (6p.m.-6a.m.), or the weekend crew which is Friday
and Saturday (6a.m.-6p.m.) and Sunday and Monday nights (6a.m-6p.m.).
The training opportunities are endless and the company also offers
financial aid for collage. The company is alway offering classes at the
learning center. They have classes ranging from how to build your own
computer to country line dancing. We have a gym right beside the
learning center to keep ourself healthy. You can get assesed and get
your own personal workout.
If you dont want to work on the line you can bid for different jobs off
the line. They offer jobs in union position as well as salary
positions. Any job you bid for and recieve they train you properly
for.
