I am biased, because I like Ford vehicles and my family has always had
Ford's. This was a big reason why I came here. I think Ford is making
progress on fixing issues with product development and quality.
However, they have known about gaps with Toyota for 2 decades and are
still lagging.
I am actually working in the Supplier Diversity Development group right
now. This is a great story for Ford as they have taken the leadership
position in reaching out to minority businesses.
Ford isn't going anywhere this is a secure company.
