For the most part agency life is the same no matter where you are. I do
find FH is one of the better of the lot though. Reputation alone helps
make this company stand out above others. Additionally, I find this
company is better than any other at "playing well" with its other
offices. Many times you'll find offices fight over clients and budgets,
FH is the exception.
In terms of diversity - the entire industry is lacking and FH is the
same. Though, again, I find there is more diversity here than firms
I've worked at elsewhere.
They are good about promoting folks that deserve it, though across the
entire industry at this point in time, there is little money to be had.
I also find FH is very loyal to employees. Once you get in the door you
won't be leaving unless it's on your own accord. They're not quick to
let people go with the economy gets rough. On the other hand, they're
not good at cutting the dead wood either.
