While my pay increased exponentially in the early years, pay increases since 2001 have been more or less cost of living. The bonus varies by title, but everyone at Fitch is entitled to bonus. I would guess that at the director level, bonuses would be typically between two to four months salary. Some employees also have options, but these are probably not offered to everyone and may have been a result of the various mergers/adquisitions.
