I met with the regional manager, who was fired the month after I was hired. I met with the VP of Safety Sales, Steve Smith. Steve asked me to sell him a ball point pen. I have been in sales for more than seventeen years and feel that my sales record speaks for itself. The pen tactic was ridiculous but, I played along with him and sold him on my abilities.
