The corporate culture here is very fast-paced. This job is a numbers
driven job with much reporting. The successful sales person is
compensated well. The customer service provided by our "inside"
representatives", those who answer phone calls, needs improvement.
There is some diversity (male/ female) but very little ethnic
diversity. An outside sales representative is able to work the hours of
his/ her choosing but, performance is the focus. The opportunities for
advancement exist but, I have yet to see this as a major benefit to
being employed here.
