Everyone from the bank president on down is on a first name basis. The division is a diverse mix of sexes, races, and ethnic groups. Filling a technical position I am allowed to dress in business casual. Mangers and those with direct customer contact (i.e., lenders) must wear formal business attire. My working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The bank has an internal job "posting" program that allows employees to apply for open positions before they are advertised to the general public. First National Bank is a family-owned institution and plans to stay that way. One of its goals is to be in the top fifty banks in the US (we're currently 65th).
