Employees walk away from companies for promises of greener pastures. It's different here. Maybe it's because we live in a slower paced part of the country in the mountain west. Maybe it's because the company is family owned and employees can be stockholders too. I think the real difference is a culture that cares, about employees, about customers, about communities. We do the right thing first and the profit comes year after year. I like that our divisions and branches run like small businesses. I like that our CEO will have lunch with our entry level employees. I like that we stand by our word and live up to our promises. I like that I am part of something greater than myself.
