Those who are in management all tell us it's no longer worth trying to get into management because it is not worth it. You barely get paid a little more than operators and then the company expects you to make the job your life. If I knew what it would turn out to be I would have quit a long time ago and saved all the money that I could to get out of that hell whole. I warn people who are wanting to get in to First data to be very very careful and don't be surprised at the way you may just get treated.
