They seem to not care and want us to buckle down and take up the slack. There have also been several key postions vacated at the very top level of the executives. From a business standpoint, they are determined to do a good job of taking care of the customer. But,,, they will make money from the customer any way possible at the same time. We are definitely not a cheap bank to do business with. Company is planning to outsource technical jobs where it can do so cheaply. This does not bode well for technical employees. Common sentiment in the technical ranks is that the company will be bought out in the next decade.
