Total target comp=$105k. Three components: Base($30-$70k), net flows, and bonus.
Based paid on tenure in role and past earnings. 5 bps paid for money flows paid
each half and bonus based on mgr assessment, customer experience, and product
diversification (managed money, insurance, biz partner referrals). opportunity
for bonus based on rank vs peers for half year rank, 2 yr deferred comp bonus for
full year rank. 2 weeks vacation start w/4 weeks after 5years. 6 sick days with
no rollover to following year. most reps didn't used to take full vacation, but
with '04 comp plan change (above) most take advantage of every single day.
