I attended a job fair with Fidelity in November of 2003. I interviewed
briefly with a human resources representative the night that I went.
Within a day they had called me back to schedule an interview. I
interviewed with a manger in the department, and it lasted just about an
hour. The interview was fairly laid back, and I had plenty of
opportunity to ask questions. He was very up front about what was
expected of me, and read questions off a list that he was provided.
Since I was interviewing for a job that dealt direclty with customers
most of the questions revolved around my past experience dealing with
certain situations.
