Ferguson wins the award for biggest letdown after interviewing with a company.
The interview process at Ferguson is surprisingly great. They spend a lot of
money on it. They put you up at a nice hotel, free drinks, professional
interviews. There must be a reason they spend a lot of money on recruitment when
they hardly pay current employees anything. Simple, Ferguson is such a bad place
to work, they must interview thousands of decent talent from top colleges around
the nation in order to do their best to find ones who will put up with the
crappy
job they're about to accept. Ask yourself one question, after
they spend thousands of dollars to interview thousands of college students, how
do they still incur an incredibly high turnover rate for the first year. The
only
obvious answer is the training program sucks. Plain and simple. Not a good place
to work.
