DP Operations Analyst "The Fed" is a great place to work. The people are friendly and the work atmosphere is not stressful. If you do you job well, you will be recognized for it. The hours are 9-5, no overtime is required unless you are working to meet a deadline. If you are efficient and organized, you can get your work done on time. The dress code is not too dressy, but work attire is required (i.e., shirt and tie, dress pants). I worked there for two years, and they promoted me a month before I left. The only reason I left is to make considerably more money at an investment bank. The Fed is a great place to work.
