The Salary ranges from $45,000 to $72,000 annually based on an Industry Standard
Survey. It appears to be a scale, sliding upward spread over a 30 year career,
graduated in "quarters". I prefer not to discuss what exactly my compensation
is. I live comfortably and have no problems supporting my family. I will tell
you that the Insurance is PPO and has the lowest cost of any employer in St.
Louis. They are matching contributions on a profitable 401K plan, a Wellness
Consultant is on staff, there is also a Company Pension Plan, plenty of extras,
dinners, etc.... Our Management is willing to sacrifice to help the employees.
Frankly, it is as good a place to work as Edward Jones, which gets all the
headlines. That Edward Jones rents out the Science Center for its parties
doesn't make it a super place to work. The people I know there are not happy.
