Working in here is great. federal mogul is a worldwild company. In
france we keep that american of orking based on the fact to make the
figures, earn money by working so hard to have results, so for an
employee like me, hours are nothing : I can work late till I decide to
stop because is to late except some legislation rules to respect. We are
free in dress code at least at my level.During annual evaluation we have
the opportunity to give our opinion to how we view our advancement in
the company and according to the opportunities we can catch some.
