Federal Mogul is automotive spare parts manufacturers producing for the
original equipment and aftermarket. I'm in the aftermarket activity and
Federal Mogul is at least in Europe one of the big actor of the
aftermarket compared to our competitors who have only a small part of
their bussiness in the aftermarket. Our organization is clearly defined
and people who want to work in FM must dominate or well catch the
distribution channels. For the products there are many training modules
which can help. From our self the only thing requested is to be good in
our major (marketing, sales, finance, logistics etc;)and to be able to
work as a team spirit.
