The working environment at FedEx is relaxed, but the workload is
consistently challenging. FedEx is definitely a progressive company and
expects their employee's to work accordingly. For this reason, I think
that FedEx is one of the greatest companies in the world to work for and
to grow professionally. FedEx offers their employee's an opportunity to
maximize their skills and abilities. If you need training in certain
areas, then FedEx almost certainly can accommodate their employee's
needs. FedEx only expects an 8 hour workday, but does expect a full 8
hours of work. This is great, because the day goes by relatively
quickly. FedEx offers limitless growth to Operations, Finance, and
Information Technology in a wide variety of service operating companies
(Ground, Express, Freight, etc.) in both a domestic and international
setting.
